1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TravelPlans.app ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

TravelPlans.app is a flight price monitoring and alert platform. The Service allows registered users to save flight search criteria (origin, destination, travel dates, budget) and automatically checks for matching fares on a scheduled basis. When a fare is found that meets your criteria, you are notified by email.

TravelPlans.app does not sell, issue, or fulfil flight tickets. All booking links redirect you to third-party airlines or online travel agencies (OTAs) where you transact directly. TravelPlans.app is not a licensed travel agent and is not a party to any booking you make through a third-party platform.

3. User Accounts

To access most features you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Verify your email address when prompted.
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Premium Plans

TravelPlans.app offers a Free tier with standard features and a paid Premium subscription with additional capabilities such as higher watch limits, more frequent price checks, and priority alerts. The specific features included in each tier are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time.

4.1 Premium pricing. Premium is offered on the following plans, in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable:

  • Monthly: A$9.99 per month.
  • Yearly: A$99.99 per year.

The price applicable to your subscription is the price displayed at the time you subscribe, and is confirmed on the checkout page before you pay.

4.2 Automatic renewal. Premium subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected) using your saved payment method, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the applicable fee on each renewal date.

4.3 Payment processing. Payments are collected by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your card details are provided to and stored by Stripe under their terms and privacy policy; we do not receive or store your full card number. Subscriptions are purchased through our website only.

4.4 Cancellation. You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings ("Downgrade to Free"), or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you will not be charged again. You keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the Free tier. Cancelling does not delete your account.

4.5 Refunds. Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. You are always free to cancel to avoid future charges. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4.6 Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retain your Premium access for a short grace period and attempt to notify you so you can update your payment method. If payment is not successfully made within that grace period, your account will be moved to the Free tier.

4.7 Price changes. We may change Premium pricing from time to time. We will give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice of any price change, which will take effect from your next billing period after the notice. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means.
  • Create more than one account per person without our written consent.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data without our express permission.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, is in violation of these terms.

6. Third-Party Services

TravelPlans.app sources flight pricing data via SerpApi's Google Flights integration and may display links to airlines, online travel agencies, and other third-party websites. These third parties operate independently and have their own terms, privacy policies, and pricing.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, pricing, or availability of third-party platforms. Any transaction you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that party.

7. Disclaimers

Flight prices displayed through TravelPlans.app are indicative only. Fares are sourced from third-party providers and may change by the time you visit a booking site. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any fare information.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Australian law, Online Solutions Group and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

9. Privacy

Your use of TravelPlans.app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Service.
